ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT




What you need to handle:

  • Enter financial transactions into accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books and NetSuite.
  • Create sales invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create bills and record it correctly
  • Enter journal entries when it needed
  • Bank, CC & cashbook reconciliation
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Must be able to prepare cash flows statements, income statements and balance sheets
  • Prepare payment schedules for vendors
  • Solve client’s claim & billing
  • And others accounting related work as per client’s demand
  • Following instructions & Emails
  • Preparing Excel reports by utilizing basic to advance formulas
  • Assist immediate supervisor/seniors as and when required

What you need to have:

  • Must have completed BBA or MBA in Accounting/Finance
  • Experience with bookkeeping practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting terminology & softwares (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho etc) will make you outstanding from other candidates
  • Understanding of filing systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiar with accounting standards and regulations
  • Must be good with numbers
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT INTERN




You would able to learn:

  • Advanced data entry systems
  • Managing data and organizing files into cloud system
  • Prepare & fact check invoices/bills before sending them to customers
  • Check and keep all invoices and material issue vouchers
  • How to handle client’s accounting
  • Maintain & update general ledger
  • Making accounting record bills by making copies, filing documents from suppliers
  • Advanced on-job training on Quickbooks, XERO, ZOHO & other software
  • Preparing bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Smartly communicate using emails and other platforms
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Hundreds of amazing business operations

You need to have:

  • Completed all the courses of your BBA/MBA in the field of Accounting/ Finance
  • Have sound knowledge in accounting
  • Knowledge about accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero etc will be an advantage
  • Strong communication expertise in English in both written and verbal
  • Learning and can do attitude
