About the Role
HireNCS is looking for an experienced and growth-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager Specialist, with proven experience in fashion ecommerce growth marketing — someone who understands how to build marketing strategies that drive sales, scale brand visibility, and grow ecommerce revenue.
The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of:
- fashion ecommerce,
- customer psychology,
- performance marketing,
- content-driven sales,
- social commerce,
- and fashion brand growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and execute data-driven marketing strategies focused on ecommerce sales and brand growth.
- Analyze target audiences, customer behavior, and fashion market trends to improve conversion and retention.
- Develop growth strategies across Shopify, social media, marketplaces, and multiple ecommerce sales channels.
- Coordinate and oversee fashion product shoots, campaign direction, and content planning.
- Collaborate with content creators, fashion designers, developers, graphic designers, and media buyers.
- Manage and optimize brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with media buyers to develop and scale high-performing advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain social commerce strategies that improve engagement and sales performance.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROAS, customer acquisition, and conversion metrics.
- Research competitors, fashion trends, customer interests, and ecommerce opportunities.
- Help shape the brand voice, campaign messaging, seasonal promotions, and overall growth direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in fashion ecommerce marketing, growth marketing, or DTC brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of the fashion ecommerce industry and customer buying psychology.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth for ecommerce or fashion brands.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that increase revenue and brand visibility.
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads,
- TikTok marketing,
- ecommerce funnels,
- social commerce,
- influencer marketing,
- and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing or coordinating content production, fashion shoots, and campaign execution.
- Ability to collaborate across creative, marketing, and development teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with modern ecommerce and AI-powered marketing workflows.
- Experience using modern AI-powered ecommerce, creative, and marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or ecommerce brands is highly preferred.
