About the Role
Nongmin Consultancy Services is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our digital team. You will work on a variety of projects, from website visuals and eCommerce to social media campaigns, delivering high-impact graphics for both our brand and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative visuals for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce high-quality graphics.
- Edit and retouch images for various digital uses.
- Prepare design files for web and print formats.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts.
- Adapt existing designs for different formats and platforms.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Revise and improve designs based on team or client feedback.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proven experience with illustration and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Own laptop with necessary design software installed.
- Reliable internet connection for seamless collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and time management skills.
