About the Role
Nongmin Consultancy Services is looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Specialist to lead brand management initiatives across social media and digital platforms for a diverse client base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive global brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored content calendars aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Create high-quality visual assets (graphics, carousels, reels) for social media platforms.
- Write SEO-optimized social media captions and posts to boost visibility.
- Engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
- Conduct market research to inform content strategy and generate fresh ideas.
- Support email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation & graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of how to create engaging content and visuals for social media.
- Deep understanding of crafting viral style content.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for graphic design.
- Skilled in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
