About the Role

Nongmin Consultancy Services is hiring a skilled Marketing Manager to manage and grow clients’ brands across digital and social platforms through strategic, creative campaigns that drive global business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage clients’ social media accounts, overseeing growth and optimizing brand presence across platforms.
  • Prepare promotional content calendars and collaborate with content designers and publishers.
  • Conduct keyword research, create organic and paid social media strategies, and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to develop effective content strategies.
  • Support email marketing efforts using Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, data privacy laws, and advertising regulations while delivering campaigns and reports on time.
  • Craft high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, newsletters, and emails, adjusting strategies based on analytics.
  • Conduct regular meetings with our clients, understand their needs, and build strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and content scheduling tools.
  • Experience with Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns for email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability in strategy execution.
