About the Role

Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking an exceptionally qualified Accounting Reporting Associate to lead high‑level financial reporting for global clients across multiple industries. This is a top-tier managerial position responsible for overseeing reporting operations, supporting audits, managing complex data environments, and guiding team members.

This role requires advanced professional certification, technical mastery, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced, high‑volume workflow with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual full set of financial statements.
• Ensure strict adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
• Oversee complex reconciliations (multi‑currency, multi‑entity, consolidated reporting).
• Develop internal control frameworks, accounting workflows, and related process guidelines for clients.
• Prepare annual and project‑based budgets for clients.
• Identify reporting gaps, implement corrective actions, and enforce quality control.
• Coordinate and support external audits for multiple international clients.
• Prepare audit workpapers, schedules, and documentation according to Big‑4 methodologies.
• Manage a portfolio of international clients and ensure timely delivery of all reporting deliverables.
• Manage overlapping deadlines across multiple clients and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal quality control frameworks.
• Meet firm‑level KPIs related to reporting accuracy, client satisfaction, and process efficiency.
• Supervise bookkeeping teams and ensure adherence to reporting standards, tools, and best practices.
• Manage high‑volume email communication and multiple daily client meetings.
• Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and provide resolutions aligned with firm policy.
• Extract, clean, and transform financial data from various platforms (ERP, SaaS tools, payment processors, e‑commerce integrations, etc.).
• Utilize and implement advanced financial automation tools.
• Provide analytical insights, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain excellent communication through Zoom, Slack, Teams, and email.

Required Qualifications

• ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
   (Part‑qualified candidates will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2–3 years of high‑level reporting work experience.
• Big 4 firm experience (KPMG, PwC, EY, Deloitte) will be prioritized heavily.
• Expert-level proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, and modern reporting tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, financial modeling, and analytics software.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, consolidation, and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to work with large data sets and extract information from multiple platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Required IELTS score of 7.0 or higher.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead reporting functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to handle high email volume and multiple back‑to‑back meetings efficiently.
• Proactive communicator with excellent collaboration skills.

Work Environment Requirements:

• Reliable computer with fast processing capability.
• Stable high‑speed internet — minimum 30 Mbps.
• Quiet and distraction‑free workspace suitable for night meetings.
• Willingness to work up to 4:00 AM Bangladesh Time.
