About the Role
Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate to support financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for international clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep financial analysis, data-driven decision-making, and working with modern financial tools across large, complex, multi‑platform datasets. You must be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable managing a high-volume workflow in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Extract, clean, and transform financial data from multiple platforms, ERPs, and SaaS tools.
- Build dashboards and visual reports using advanced data visualization tools.
- Evaluate business performance and create decision-support financial models.
- Support clients with scenario analysis, cost optimization, and strategic recommendations.
- Work with international stakeholders through multiple daily meetings (Zoom/Teams).
- Handle high-volume email communication professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights for process improvement.
- Assist senior management in building long-term financial roadmaps.
- Lead junior team members in data extraction, analysis, and reporting workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (mandatory).
- CFA (Level 1/2/3) or similar qualification will be prioritized.
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analysis.
- Strong English communication skills with a minimum IELTS score of 7.0.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Modern financial tools
- ERP systems
- Reporting platforms
- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)
- Ability to manage large datasets, multiple platforms, and high-volume workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to work confidently under tight deadlines with global clients.
Technical & Tools Requirements
- Strong proficiency in:
- Excel, Google Sheets
- Power BI / Tableau
- Financial modeling tools
- Advanced data visualization techniques
- Ability to extract data from various platforms (ERP, SaaS, CRM, payment processors, etc.).
- Tech-savvy, fast learner, and able to adapt to new tools quickly.
