About the Role
Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator Specialist to lead brand management initiatives across social media and digital platforms for a diverse client base. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, crafting, and executing compelling content strategies that drive global brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored content calendars aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Create high-quality visual assets (graphics, carousels, reels) for social media platforms.
- Write SEO-optimized blogs, website copy, and social media captions to boost visibility.
- Manage and grow client presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
- Conduct market research to inform content strategy and generate fresh ideas.
- Support email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for graphic design.
- Skilled in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Solid understanding of SEO and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
- Familiar with Google Ads and Google Analytics for campaign tracking.
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns for email marketing.
