About the Role

Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a dynamic and innovative E-Commerce/Sales Content Creator Associate to lead brand management initiatives across social media, local media and digital platforms for a diverse client base. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, crafting, and executing compelling content strategies that drive sales for global brands while supporting growth, reputation building, and B2C engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored content calendars aligned with client goals and industry trends.
  • Create high‑quality visual assets (graphics, carousels, and reels) for social media platforms.
  • Write SEO‑optimized blogs, website copy, and social media captions to boost visibility.
  • Manage and grow client presence across TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
  • Conduct market research to inform content strategy and generate fresh ideas.
  • Support email marketing campaigns via Messages, Mailchimp, and Zoho Campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product suppliers, tech teams, and design teams for content development.
  • Work with influencers, virtual media, and local media to promote the brand.
  • Analyze sales trends, assess product‑market fit, and support product development teams.
  • Implement automation tools to grow sales, manage automated marketing, customer inquiry follow‑ups, and phone‑answering automation.
  • Generate sales reports and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for graphic design.
  • Skilled in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
  • Familiar with Google Ads and Google Analytics for campaign tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns for email marketing.
