About The Role
Nongmin Consultancy Services Is Seeking A Creative And Motivated Junior Graphic Designer To Join Our Digital Team. You Will Work On A Variety Of Projects, From Website Visuals And Ecommerce To Social Media Campaigns, Delivering High-Impact Graphics For Both Our Brand And Clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creative Visuals For Digital Platforms Including Social Media, Websites, And Marketing Campaigns.
- Create Original Illustrations, Icons, And Infographics Aligned With Brand Guidelines.
- Collaborate With Content And Marketing Teams To Produce High-Quality Graphics.
- Edit And Retouch Images For Various Digital Uses.
- Prepare Design Files For Web And Print Formats.
- Maintain Consistency In Visual Branding Across All Platforms.
- Participate In Brainstorming Sessions To Develop New Design Concepts.
- Adapt Existing Designs For Different Formats And Platforms.
- Stay Updated With Design Trends And Tools To Bring Fresh Ideas.
- Manage Multiple Design Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
- Revise And Improve Designs Based On Team Or Client Feedback.
- Organize And Maintain A Library Of Design Assets And Templates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree In Graphic Design Or Related Field.
- 1–2 Years Of Experience In Graphic Design.
- Proven Experience With Illustration And Design Tools Such As Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, Or Similar.
- Strong Portfolio Showcasing Design Skills And Creativity.
- Own Laptop With Necessary Design Software Installed.
- Reliable Internet Connection For Seamless Collaboration.
- Ability To Work Independently And Meet Deadlines.
- Good Communication And Time Management Skills.
