About the Role

Nongmin Consultancy Services is hiring a dynamic Social Media Associate to host and deliver engaging content across digital platforms. This role involves presenting live and recorded sessions, posting content on social media, providing customer support, and driving audience engagement through strategic storytelling and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present live and recorded content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
  • Engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and foster interaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform presentation style and content strategy.
  • Answer customers’ queries and provide approachable customer support.
  • Manage and grow client presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media presentation or content creation.
  • Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Communicate effectively with potential customers.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and live streaming tools.
  • Basic understanding of content publishing and digital marketing.
  • Handle all interactions with courtesy and avoid aggressive or misleading sales tactics.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A reliable computer, webcam, and a stable internet connection are required.
