At Nongmin Consultancy Services Inc. (HireNCS), our priority is to deliver accurate, compliant, and high‑quality accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and advisory services. We value transparency and aim to set clear expectations for all clients regarding payments and refunds.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are handled for all services rendered by HireNCS.
- Refund Policy
All payments made to HireNCS for monthly services, flat‑fee services, hourly work, or any specialized engagements are non‑refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly bookkeeping or accounting packages
- Catch‑up or clean‑up bookkeeping
- Payroll management
- Tax services
- Advisory or consulting services
- Fractional CFO services
- Any additional services billed separately
Refund Eligibility (Exceptions):
- Non-performed services
- Duplicate charges (with proof)
- Services outside scope
- Client changes mind before work begins
- Client refuses to sign engagement letter
- Service Quality Commitment
While payments are non‑refundable, HireNCS is committed to maintaining exceptional service quality. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of their service, HireNCS will make reasonable efforts to correct issues or address discrepancies in work delivered.
This may include:
- Reviewing and correcting bookkeeping entries
- Reprocessing financial reports
- Adjusting deliverables where errors were caused by our team
- Providing clarification or additional explanation of completed work
Please note: Corrections apply only to services covered under the existing scope of work. Additional work outside the scope may require a separate agreement or incur additional fees.
- Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver the high‑quality service expected, clients must:
- Provide timely documentation and access to accounting systems
- Respond to information requests promptly
- Ensure all inputs, financial documents, and data are accurate
- Review deliverables (reports, reconciliations, statements) and provide feedback promptly
Failure to provide necessary information may affect turnaround time but does not qualify for a refund or service credit.
- Billing, Disputes & Resolution
If a service concern arises, clients are encouraged to contact HireNCS immediately so the matter can be resolved promptly. HireNCS follows a good‑faith dispute resolution process, ensuring both parties communicate clearly to find a satisfactory solution.
All fees already paid remain non‑refundable throughout the dispute resolution process.
- Policy Agreement
By engaging HireNCS and making any form of payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, which forms part of the overall service agreement and engagement letter.
