HireNCS offers the following accounting and bookkeeping services:

  • Reconciliation 
  • Accounting 
  • Payroll Management 
  • Fractional CFO 
  • Tax Services 
  • Business Consulting & Advisory 
  • ECommerce Solutions 
  • Digital Marketing 

The scope of services will be detailed in a separate Engagement Letter or Service Agreement, which will define the specific terms of service for each client. 

  1. Client Responsibilities

As a client of HireNCS, you agree to: 

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information necessary for the performance of our services. 
  • Ensure all relevant records, such as bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other necessary documents, are submitted on time and are accurate. 
  • Inform HireNCS of any changes in your business or financial situation that might affect the services provided. 
  • Maintain control over your financial records and take responsibility for their accuracy. 
  1. Our Responsibilities

HireNCS will: 

  • Perform services with reasonable care, competence, and skill. 
  • Maintain accurate accounting records as agreed. 
  • Provide you with regular updates regarding the status of your financial records. 
  • Follow all applicable regulations and accounting standards when providing services. 
  1. Payment Terms
  • Fees: The monthly fees for services are outlined in the Client Engagement Letter. Payments are due on the invoice date and must be made promptly. 
  1. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and financial information that you provide. This includes ensuring that your data is secure and only used for the purpose of providing our services. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including [GDPR, CCPA, etc.], and ensure that your personal and financial data is handled securely. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. 

  1. Termination

HireNCS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, any loss of profit or business interruptions. Also, we will not be responsible for your business decision. Our liability will be limited to the fees paid by you for the services in question in particular [XX] months. 

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireNCS, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, including any violation of applicable laws or regulations. 

  1. Amendments to Terms of Service

HireNCS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and you will be notified of any significant changes. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to the updated terms. 

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York. 

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the New York Arbitration Body before taking any legal action.

By signing a Client Engagement Letter or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
